The CBE 2000Pro supports up to 5 expansion battery packs, with a maximum total capacity of 12,288 Wh.
1. Check that the AC supply is normal and grid input meets specifications. 2. Ensure plugs are fully seated with no looseness, then restart the unit and check whether charging recovers. 3. Check the working mode in the App and whether the current time falls within allowed charge/discharge windows (each mode behaves differently—see mode details in the App).
1. Check whether the battery is depleted; connect the AC power cable and try to power on again. 2. Press and hold the power button for 2–5 s to attempt a restart.
1. To reset the configuration parameters, you must first unbind the device via the app and then rebind it. 2. Press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds; the Wi-Fi icon on the screen will begin to flash, the device will automatically unbind, and you will then be able to re-add the device via the app.
1. Update the device to the latest firmware. 2. Perform a full charge–discharge calibration: charge to 100% SOC, discharge to 10%, then charge to 100% again (you can use manual mode on-grid to complete one full cycle).
1. If the load on the Bypass port is below 10 W, power will cut off automatically after 10 minutes. 2. When device SOC is below 10%, the Bypass port will also disconnect automatically.
1. Clean dust and dirt from the panel surface. 2. Confirm panel tilt and orientation meet requirements and there is no shading. 3. Check cable gauge is adequate to avoid excessive line loss. 4. Confirm MPPT is operating normally; try restarting the device.
